The driving force behind The Victoria is Mark Chester who spent twelve years working with Terence Conran. Mark was the General Manager at Bibendum for 5 years. He spent three years setting up and running Bluebird and as Project Director at Conran Holdings he oversaw the refurbishment of The Great Eastern Hotel in the City of London. Mark lives locally and has three young children.
Chef and co-owner of The Victoria is Darren Archer who was previously Head Chef at Nosh Brothers in Notting Hill. Darren has worked for Nico Ladenis, Marco Pierre White, and John Torode.
Additional Comments:
The Victoria is a restaurant and bar with bedrooms. We serve delicious food for lunch and dinner seven days a week as well as welcoming people for coffee and cake in the mornings and providing a relaxing space for drinks in the evenings.

Our seven ensuite double bedrooms are simply but stylishly furnished and all come with a free to use broadband enabled PC.
