relatively new restaurant in a prime location, which is still struggling somewhat. One of the main bones of contention seems to be the prices which do seem to be a touch out of key with the area. However, there is no doubt the food is exceptionally good. For those of a brave disposition try starting with the pan seared foie gras and crisp sweetbreads and a truffle veloute.
Since we are within sight and sound of the sea it would then have to be the Dover sole, with some watercress and lemon butter, simply done and simply the best. Having pushed the boat out thus far I would have little option but to settle for the chocolate orange tart blessed with a light Grand Marnier syrup.
