The Uxbridge restaurant opened under the name of Masala in 2001 and has recently been refitted and branded Spice Merchant in keeping with the rest of the group.
The restaurant situated in the centre of Uxbridge offers authentic Indian food in a contemporary setting.
As well as the main restaurant there is a brasserie, so if you would prefer drinks and snacks, rather than a full meal, we can happily accommodate you.
If you are in a hurry, we have range of set meals that can be served in under an hour, alternatively if you tell us how much time you have we would be delighted to suggest suitable dishes from our extensive menu.
