We use the best local produce that is available from Pabbay venison and Island lamb and beef to the seasonally available rabbit and geese.
Fresh water fish from our local fisheries to the best seafood in the world all caught locally from crab and langoustine to cod, monkfish and sea-trout. We even try to source and grow vegetables and potatoes from our Island.
Our Chef is happy to talk to you, to cook to your own tastes or special diets, although sometimes we need a bit of advanced notice.
All menues change daily where possible
Lunches are served between 12.00pm and 2.30pm , a variety of sandwiches and homebakes are available from 2.30pm - 5.00pm. Evening menu available from 5.30pm - Menu changes daily depending on availability of fresh produce.
