Additional Comments:

The first floor dining area and lounge is entered via a sweeping staircase and high glass walls and is simply furnished with chandeliers and Chinese lanterns. The menu offers an exquisite selection of imaginative and original interpretations of traditional Cantonese cuisine, and should it prove too difficult to choose between the uniformly excellent dishes there is the option of a set meal for a number of guests or simply platters to share. Whichever meal the customer decides upon, they will surely be impressed by the delicate combination of incredible flavours and spices that comprise each sauce and seasoning. Intricate detailing and loving preparation are evident in the beautiful presentation of the food, fashioned to a standard that surely is rarely found outside of Southeast Asia. The wine list and menu cannot fail to impress even the most discerning customer. Dozens of intelligently selected wines from around the world are offered, catering for all tastes and preferences, whether a layman or connoisseur. The restaurant also boasts two private dining rooms (Jade Room up to 18 persons and The Mandarin Room up to 15 persons) for those special celebrations. The top floor zen style lounge overlooks the restaurant, providing the perfect place to relax after enjoying a delicious meal.
