Oliver's opened its doors to the public on September 26, 1983. the Ormon brothers combined their various talents to create one of the most successful and long-standing restaurants ever seen on Cape Cod. That's no easy task, for the Cape is known as one of the most fickle business environments in the country, especially for restaurants.
