- opened in October 1997 - filling a niche for quality food and service within Edinburgh's ever-growing restaurant scene.

As chef-owner, David and his team are dedicated to providing a consistently high level of food and service.

The restaurant has strong French influences, but uses Scotland's finest products. All meats, game, fish and shellfish used are from the farms and waters of Scotland.
