For breakfast, lunch or dinner, guests can enjoy the Restaurant, which is situated on the first floor, and seats 80 people. It is open for Breakfast daily 730 to 1030am, lunch Monday to Friday from 12noon until 3pm and for dinner from 6.30pm until 11pm, on Saturday for dinner from 6.30pm until 11pm and on Sunday for lunch from 12 noon until 3pm. Chef Claudio Barchieri has created a sumptuous European menu with Italian influences, which is perfectly accompanied by the extensive wine list of more than 150 wines from around the globe
