Our restaurant is supplied by the world renowned Scottish farm of the West Coast of Scotland. The unpolluted sea lochs are a completely natural marine environment in which the shellfish feed by filtering plankton. No chemicals or additives are used in the farming process and so our delicious tasting shellfish is not only low in fat and rich in protein, it is also a truly 'green' food.
