Leaving the Square Mile heading for trendy Shoreditch and Hoxton you will find Les Trois Garcons Restaurant. Inspired by luxury and executed with impeccable taste a place to marvel. The dark interior is softened by candle light and the reflective sparkles from the chandeliers. An eclectic blend of furniture and objects selected by the careful eye of Hassan Abdullah to achieve sheer opulence. Attention to detail is our motto. Chef Jérôme Henry draws from his Swiss-French roots to create a menu packed with flavours, top ingredients juxta-posed to compliment each other without fuss. Classic French techniques form the backbone to our modern approach to the enjoyment of food. Our menu is the main focus and we believe creativity and innovation will keep us abreast of the very exciting London dining scene. Seared Landes foie gras with plum compote and Granny Smith apple to start followed by Red Mullet with aubergine caviar, celery, chorizo and saffron sauce. Our international team approaches our bespoke kitchen as a laboratory for new ideas and stimulating conversation about how we eat today. Wines are served from our own cellar situated next to the chef’s table suitable for parties up to ten guests. Service is unobtrusive and our staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic should you need a recommendation or some advice. The main room seats 75 and you may bump into Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman, Jade Jagger, Lennox Lewis, Stella McCartney, Gilbert and George or Yoko Ono a true mixture of locals and celebrities alike. The restaurant is still capturing the attention of the press and has been lauded with many an award for both design and food. The atmosphere is sophistication, luxury and a sprinkling of fun!

Additional Comments:

Who are Les Trois Garcons? A collaboration of ideas and interests between Malaysian born Hassan Abdullah, Frenchman Michel Lassere and Swede Stefan Karlson forms the foundation for Les Trois Garcons. Antique dealers, designers, creative minds and by now established restaurateurs who originally bought this old pub as a private house project. Meticulously restored, and filled with their sumptuous collection of treasures creates a decadent, romantic and at times, witty atmosphere. Their generous hospitality soon had friends urging them to open a restaurant. So they did. The secret is out! Les Trois Garcons opened its doors to the public in October 2000 and has made an impression on everyone who walks through the door. A warm homely welcome to comfort with a hint of decadence. The Look Baroque courtesan’s parlour meets Parisian antique market: stuffed monkeys, tigers, swans and giraffe swathed in necklaces. Gigantic wine glasses filled with bejeweled fruit, underneath an impressive collection of chandeliers. The original antiques give all three venues an edge. This sort of provenance is very hard to find anywhere in the world today. A chair upholstered in fabric developed by NASA beside a working model carousel complete with flashing lights. Say goodbye to the real world. True escapism awaits. Let Les Trois Garcons take you on a journey. The procedure No curt receptionist here – everyone is welcome! Though you have to leave your credit card details, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy [no-shows forfeit £25 per person in the restaurants and £10 in the bars] Early week you’ll be able to book a table at short notice. Friday and Saturday you’ll have to leave more time particularly for larger parties. Don’t be shy if you have a special request, they try to be as accommodating as possible.
