Owners Derek Tang and brothers Ronnie and Paul specialise in quality cantonese cooking with speciality dishes ranging from, 'Shui My' (Pork and Prawn), 'Ha-Kow' (Prawn Dumpling), 'Fun-Kor' (Prawn and Meat in Pastry) and 'Steamed Fresh Scallop in Black Bean Sauce', to mention just a few of the delights that await you when you come to visit. Kweilin pride themselves on cooking with fresh daily produce from the local area. This can be tasted in culinary treats such as 'Sea Bass', Lobster and traditional Cantonese hot-pot. Not only well renowned for their menu, Kweilin have a fantastic selection of wines to compliment all tastes. In 1997 Derek Tang opened 'Noble Grape', the first chinese wine shop in Scotland, importing wines from all over the world.
