This is a superb location with great views over the Loch. The Inn on the Loch has been very tastefully decorated and offers a very relaxed atmosphere at any time of the day or night. The menu is a breath of fresh air for Lanark with a diverse menu updated regularly. Mike Conyers and his team demonstrate a good mix of traditional Scottish fare along with a selection of European influenced dishes. Presentation is very good, the staff are friendly, and above all, the food is fresh, tasty and good value. The chilli prawns starter is particularly recommended. Don't forget to leave room for the mouth-watering selection of sweets all prepared fresh on the premises.

Great little find! Staff welcome you into a relaxing enjoyable dining experience. Food excellent, location great, staff very friendly. Highly recommend to all!

Food was excellent, well seasoned and presented Home made chips were particularly good ! We were seated next to a roaring fire with views looking out over Lanark Loch and the golf course - it was lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive and the price overall was very good for the quality on offer. I would have no doubts in reccomending this restauarant both for a romantic evening out or for a week night trip out. Well done!
