Welcome to Iglu. These are very exciting times for us. Having opened for food late 2005 we have obviously been a hit with foodies interested in experiencing a menu of exclusively Wild, Organic and Local produce with a contemporary Scottish twist.

Both of our chefs are born locally and have been trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School near Cork in Ireland. The school is on an organic farm and has a philosophy of using fresh seasonal ingredients to provide more nutritious and ecologically produced food.

We are continually evolving our techniques and developing relationships with local growers.
