Renowned Maitre d' Angelo Maresca welcomes guests to The Grill, which serves exciting culinary experiences created by Executive Chef Laurence Glayzer (previously of the Savoy Grill, Harry's Bar, The Ritz and fresh from running his own Chateau in France) who produces a delicate balance of English fare and continental cuisine with a modern influence. Only the finest British produce is used with an emphasis on the seasons.
While the restaurant retains its clubby feel, there is a much brighter, more elegant ambience, thanks to lightened wood panelling, 1930s design features and banquette booths that provide both privacy and more space for diners.
A full a la carte menu is offered, along with a daily main course choice of "old favourites", supplemented by a choice of specials served from the carving trolley.
Sunday Jazz Lunch at The Grill
From Sunday 3rd September, The Grill at Brown's Hotel will be offering a Sunday Jazz lunch.
A three-course set menu including 1/2 bottle of house wine at £39.50 per guest. Roast rib of beef off the carving trolley is offered, along with a selection of brunch style dishes; Eggs Benedict, grilled rump steak and fried egg and corned beef hash.
Live Jazz will be played from 1pm to 3pm and will consist of a jazz trio; the style of the jazz will be relaxed and traditional.
