The Gallery Restaurant & Bar offers uninterrupted views across Princes Street Gardens and famous Edinburgh landmarks. It is part of the Playfair Project; a brand new world-class visitor facility linking the Royal Scottish Academy Building and the National Gallery of Scotland.
The restaurant is split across three tiers, defining the creation of a versatile dining space, and magnificent views for all; a large horse-shoe terracotta bar is central to the design providing a focus for the comfortable lounge area located on the middle tier of the restaurant.

Monday - Sunday
10am - 5pm
Festival opening hours - (6th August - 3rd September)
Daily - except Thursday 10 am - 6 pm
Thursday: 10 am - 7 pm
The Restaurant is open daily for lunch, coffee, snacks and is available for private hire in the evenings.
