Exotic dishes such as hand-dived scallops are brought in from the Isle of Skye, while lobster, Red Snapper and Monkfish are flown in daily from Cornwall. Favourites like Dover Sole, mussels and Sea Bass are always popular.
But it’s not all fish. Northumbrian lamb, beef and venison are sourced from the best growers in the area.
