Visiting on a lovely autumnal lunch time - everything was superb - a beautifully presented potted locally caught hand picked crab to start, followed by a spatchcock pigeon - sublime flavours before finishing off with the best chocolate pudding that I have ever eaten!.
The wine list deserves special mention for its English wines & selection of organic wines too. Lovely staff, great location. Will be definitely returning on my next visit to brighton.
