Whilst working in several prestigious hotels and restaurants in the UK, Germany and Switzerland, he refined his exceptional talent. His food style ‘classic British with a modern European twist’ and his passion for using the freshest ingredients ensures the quality of the food at this stunning restaurant. Dean, along with Guest Relations Manager and partner Melanie Ing, aim to secure even higher accolades than the coveted 3 AA Rosettes he has already achieved at the hotel.
