The Restaurant occupies the upper floor of the Cottier building and is a well-established feature of the eating out scene in Glasgow's West End.

It is reached by a spiral stair from the outside or via the entrance to the downstairs bar. The ambience is illustrated here and the character of the interior with its views of the Cottier steeple is best experienced on a summer's evening after meeting friends on the terrace below.

Cottier's specialises in South American cuisine which somehow compliments the character of the decoration and style of the furnishings (some of Daniel Cottier's decoration has a distinctly 'Aztec' character).

In the terrace below the restaurant food and drink is served in summer months.
