Following on from the success of the BUGIS STREET BRASSERIE at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, The Copthorne Tara is celebrating the recent opening of the second branch in-house.
Bugis Street offers a superb selection of authentic Singaporean, Malaysian and Cantonese food served in a relaxed atmosphere and put together by Chef Kok San Wong. The restaurant is located on the hotel’s ground floor, where Café Crema used to operate previously. The opening hours are: Mon-Sun from 12 noon until 10.30 pm.
