Arts is Leeds's original Cafe Bar. Opened in September 1994, really the first of its genre in Leeds, it has become a popular destination for the local diners and drinkers, with a choice that ranges from a daytime sandwich or coffee, to their full 'A La carte' menu options available both day and night.
