We use produce sourced both locally and from fine suppliers a little further afield combined with a service and attention to detail that is second to none.

63 Tay Street Restaurant in Perth opened in February 2000. Since then it has risen to one of the top restaurants in Scotland having received many great reviews and awards.
Proprietors Scott & Penny Edwards and Graeme Pallister are also owners and executive chef of the renowned Parklands Hotel, Acanthus Restaurant and No 1 the Bank bistro in Perth. Their collective experience combines at 63 Tay Street Restaurant to deliver what promises to be one of the best dining experiences in the area.
Chef/Proprietor Graeme Pallister (Highly Commended for City Chef of the Year at Scottish Chef Awards 2007 and Highly Commended in Scottish Hotel Chef of the Year 2006 by Hotel Review Scotland) and his team combine to provide a unique and simplistic approach to cookery which will satisfy all expectations.
Graeme was trained at the Kinloch House Hotel in the mid 90s and has since worked at Longueville Manor Jersey, The Angel in Sussex, more recently Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at the Gleneagles Hotel, and Perth's Lets Eat where he was head chef for 2 years.
The well established front of house team is headed by our restaurant manager Sylwester Nowocien who caters for your every need and can guide you through our extensive wine list.
